Noah T. Connor joined McCarter | East, PLLC as an Associate Attorney in March of 2023.
Noah started at McCarter | East, PLLC after leaving a real estate firm/title company in Memphis, Tennessee. During his time in Memphis, he specialized in commercial real estate transactions, resolving title curative issues, as well as review, analysis, and drafting of varying contracts, purchase agreements, easement agreements, trust documents, and business organizational documents such as operating agreements, charters, and corporate bylaws, among others. Noah's legal expertise stems from his firsthand experience in dealing with intricate title and property law matters that may arise if not diligently addressed right from the beginning.
While Noah’s background has been focused on real property, estate planning, and business organizational issues, he is also a zealous advocate for his clients in a wide array of litigation matters. Noah takes pride in his hands-on approach to litigation. He is dedicated to fostering clear and open communication with his clients, ensuring that they are well-informed throughout the legal process.
Noah graduated from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2021. Shortly thereafter, he passed the Tennessee State Bar and went on to pass the Mississippi State Bar in 2022. Noah and his wife, Elisabeth, who is a Murfreesboro native, happily reside in their home in the heart of Murfreesboro, where they share their life with three beloved dogs: Steve, Penelope, and Layla. In his free time, Noah enjoys going with his wife to downtown Nashville to listen to live music and cheering on the Tennessee Titans and the Alabama Crimson Tide during football season (Roll Tide).
